Registration and payment, which include a registration processing fee, are online only. Prices go up on July 16.
10% Group Pricing Discount: Purchase of 5 tickets or more in one order will receive 10% discount off of General Admission and Late Bird pricing. Begin by filling out the first person registration, and click “Add Member”.
Reporters and journalists interested in attending can email tsrconference@stanford.edu for media policies and registration.
We do offer limited student discounted tickets, based on a first come first serve basis. Email us at tsrconference@stanford.edu with your .edu email address and share with us how the conference is impactful for your study/research to apply.
Refunds less a $50 refund fee per attendee will be offered up to August 31, however, you may transfer your registration to another qualifying person after that date by forwarding your receipt email and the new attendee name and their email address to tsrconference@stanford.edu by September 20.
- Ticket transfer is only available for the same registration type (i.e industry-to-industry and/or speaker-to-speaker). Attendees with unqualified transfer must request for a refund instead before August 31.
- No transfer is allowed after September 20 for any reason.
